Prepositions of Place
Prepositions of place are words that describe the location or position of something with another object. Here are some common prepositions of place.

- To refer to an enclosed space.
- Example; Please keep the box in the cupboard.
- Before the name of a country.
- For example; Raj’s wedding reception is in Indonesia.
At
- To refer to a point or a place.

- To show that something is on a higher level.

- Indicates a position at the back of something.

Prepositions of direction are used to indicate the movement or direction of an action or object.

- Indicates movement in the direction of someone or something.
- Example:

- To show that something moves from outside to inside.
